# MeetLet Adobe Connect Bridge — Marketplace Edition

Connect Moodle to Adobe Connect for live classes, single sign-on (SSO), recordings, and shared meeting content — without a separate Windows agent or commercial license.

Designed for the [Moodle Plugins Directory](https://moodledev.io/general/community/plugincontribution) and self-hosted Moodle sites that want a production-ready Adobe Connect integration out of the box.

## Overview

MeetLet Adobe Connect Bridge (Marketplace edition) is a Moodle activity module that lets teachers create or link Adobe Connect meetings directly from a course. Learners join with one click through HTTP header SSO. Site administrators configure the Adobe Connect server once; role mapping and feature access are managed from a clear, tabbed admin interface.

This edition is free to install and use. It includes the core classroom workflow: meetings, SSO, role mapping, recordings, and content — everything most institutions need to run live sessions from Moodle.

- `HeaderAuthenticationFilter` enabled in `web.xml` (see the in-plugin **Server setup guide** tab)

## Installation

### From a ZIP package (recommended for production)

1. Download or build a ZIP whose **top-level folder** is named `meetletacbfree` (not `mod_meetletacbfree`).
2. In Moodle, go to **Site administration → Plugins → Install plugins**.
3. Upload the ZIP and follow the on-screen prompts.
4. Complete the upgrade when prompted.

### Manual copy

1. Copy the `meetletacbfree` folder into your Moodle `mod/` directory:

   ```
   mod/meetletacbfree/
   ```

2. Log in as administrator and open **Site administration → Notifications** to run the upgrade.

### After installation

1. Go to **Site administration → Plugins → Activity modules → Adobe Connect Bridge (Marketplace edition)**.
2. Complete the **Server setup guide** and **Server settings** tabs.
3. Run the **Connection test** until all steps pass.
4. Add an **Adobe Connect** activity to a course and verify join and recordings.

### Plugin activation (required)

Free **plugin activation** with MeetLet is **required** before meetings, SSO join, recordings, and other features unlock. Activation is voluntary in the sense that nothing is sent until an administrator clicks the button — but the plugin does not function until activation succeeds.

1. Open **Plugin activation** in the plugin admin settings (first tab).
2. Review what data is sent and click **Activate plugin**.
3. MeetLet receives your domain, installation ID, plugin version, and site contact details at `https://license.webatsign.com` (configurable).
4. A daily scheduled task re-validates activation **only while activated**. You can deactivate at any time; features lock again until you re-activate.

## Configuration

Admin settings are organised in tabs under **Site administration → Plugins → Activity modules → Adobe Connect Bridge (Marketplace edition)**:

Teachers can override role mapping and feature access per activity when the site allows it.

## معرفی

افزونه **Adobe Connect Bridge (نسخه Marketplace)** یک ماژول فعالیت مودل است که به مدرس امکان می‌دهد جلسات Adobe Connect را از داخل درس ایجاد یا به جلسات موجود متصل کند. فراگیران با یک کلیک و از طریق SSO هدر HTTP وارد جلسه می‌شوند. مدیر سایت یک‌بار سرور Connect را پیکربندی می‌کند؛ نگاشت نقش‌ها و دسترسی‌ها از رابط مدیریتی تب‌دار انجام می‌شود.

این نسخه رایگان و آماده استفاده در محیط تولید است و جریان اصلی کلاس آنلاین را پوشش می‌دهد.

## نصب

### از فایل ZIP (توصیه‌شده)

1. ZIP را طوری آماده کنید که پوشه سطح اول آن `meetletacbfree` باشد.
2. در مودل: **مدیریت سایت → افزونه‌ها → نصب افزونه‌ها**.
3. ZIP را آپلود و مراحل را تکمیل کنید.
4. ارتقای پایگاه داده را اجرا کنید.

### کپی دستی

پوشه `meetletacbfree` را در `mod/` قرار دهید و از **مدیریت سایت → اعلان‌ها** ارتقا را اجرا کنید.

### پس از نصب

1. **مدیریت سایت → افزونه‌ها → ماژول‌های فعالیت → Adobe Connect Bridge (Marketplace edition)**
2. تب‌های **راهنمای راه‌اندازی سرور** و **تنظیمات سرور** را تکمیل کنید.
3. **تست اتصال** را تا موفقیت همه مراحل اجرا کنید.
4. یک فعالیت **Adobe Connect** به درس اضافه و ورود و ضبط‌ها را آزمایش کنید.

### فعال‌سازی پلاگین (الزامی)

**فعال‌سازی رایگان پلاگین** با MeetLet برای باز شدن جلسات، ورود SSO، ضبط‌ها و سایر امکانات **لازم** است. فعال‌سازی داوطلبانه است به این معنا که تا کلیک مدیر هیچ داده‌ای ارسال نمی‌شود — اما بدون فعال‌سازی موفق، افزونه کار نمی‌کند.

1. تب **فعال‌سازی پلاگین** را در تنظیمات افزونه باز کنید (تب اول).
2. داده‌های ارسالی را بخوانید و **فعال‌سازی پلاگین** را بزنید.
3. دامنه، شناسه نصب، نسخه افزونه و تماس سایت به `https://license.webatsign.com` ارسال می‌شود (قابل تغییر).
4. وظیفه روزانه فقط در صورت فعال بودن، وضعیت را تازه می‌کند. با غیرفعال‌سازی، امکانات دوباره قفل می‌شوند.
